Alongside her general practice she has a special interest in the treatment of mothers and their babies; she has run mother and baby clinics in Brighton and Shoreham for many years and is a Gentle Birth Method practitioner.

Jasmina has been has been a practicing osteopath for over 15 years with a wide range of skills in physical health management and well-being gained through her degree in osteopathy since 1998 and further osteopathic education and training courses over the years.

Jasmina has trained in many areas over the years and has enthusiastically followed her varied interests within the complimentary and alternative therapy field; cranial osteopathy, visceral osteopathy, paediatric osteopathy, obstetric osteopathy, nutritional therapy, foot biomechanics and orthotic fitting, golf specific physiotherapy, acupuncture for the musculoskeltal system, yoga postures for health, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, colonic massage therapy and other various massage techniques.

Jasmina worked and trained at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in 2000 for a year, she particularly focused on developing her osteopathic skills to specialise in paediatric osteopathy (new-born through to teens) and obstetric osteopathy, alongside training as a Gentle Birth Method practitioner. Jasmina enjoys her specalised area, stating; "I feel drawn to and honoured to work with and support women during their pregnancy and with their beautiful new born babies."

Claire Fitchie

Claire graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a bachelor's degree (with Honors) in Osteopathy and has taken a further course in Cranial osteopathy. She is registered with the General Osteopath Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.

She enjoys treating all ages with a combination of techniques, using a traditional osteopathic approach and modern techniques to treat a wide range of conditions, injuries and general aches and pains. Such as massage, joint mobalisation, stretching/ MET's, HVT manipulation and more gentle techniques like cranial osteopathy and functional techniques. Her cranial osteopathic training also enables her to treat children and new-borns.

She also focuses on making patients more aware of their own bodies and posture, advising ways for them to help themselves at home through personalised stretching and exercises, to gain strength and flexibility in specific muscles and joints, with some nutritional advice to aid recovery. Also advising adaptions to standing or seated posture to aid recovery and aim to prevent re-injury in future.
